Ingredients needed :
- Bread
- Black chickpea - 1 cup
- Potato - 2
- Onion - 1
- Carrot - 2
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp.
- Jeera powder - 1/2 tsp.
- Dhaniya powder - 1/2 tsp.
- Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp.
- Salt - little
- Oil
- Lemon juice
Soak Chickpea overnight and pressure cook it well with required amount of water ( add little salt ,while cooking ) meanwhile , boil the potatoes and mash it well .. chop onions finely and grate the carrots and set aside. Heat a kadai and add little oil and fry the onions + salt and fry it well ..to this add the mashed potato + grated carrots + cooked chickpea and mix it well ...to this add jeera powder + dhaniya powder + chilli powder mix it well and allow it to cook well ...once done finally add little lemon juice ...if needed, can add corriander leaves and enjoy this with bread slices + tomato sauce.
